Wild Rice Pilaf

This Wild Rice Pilaf is so simple to make , adding the extras turns

turn it into a delicious side dish.


  • 1 box long-grain white and wild blend (recommended: Uncle Ben’s)
  • 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
  • 3 tablespoons sliced green onion
  • 2 tablespoons slivered almonds, toasted


Prepare rice according to manufacturer’s instructions, adding cranberries at the same time as the rice. When rice is done, fold in green onion and almonds.
