Our 2009 Reserve Chardonnay was aged 18 months in French oak barrels giving it a rich, buttery mouth feel that pairs perfectly with the crispy Parmesan crust on the chicken. The wines bright acidity and flavors of Meyer lemon also compliment the lemon juice and capers in the dish, while helping to cut through the oil. The result is a refreshing and satisfying pairing to this delicious dish.
