Windsor Oaks 2010 Viognier Paired with Charred Fava Bean Salad with Lemon and Tarragon

 Our Viognier is usually reserved exclusively for our Wine Club members, but we occasionally give all our friends a chance to see what kinds of special wines are available as a member of our Wine Club. From now until Monday, April 8^th, you’ll have special access to this rare and delicious wine – limit two bottles per person!

Our Viognier shows beautiful aromatics with hints of grilled pineapple over perfumed floral undertones and a bed of pain grilee dusted with vanilla and a hint of spice. This follows quickly with complex minerality and acidity supporting rich, opulent floral peach fruit. A touch of exotic, tropical fruit with a hint of lemongrass completes the picture before fading into the long, intriguing finish.
