This wine displays everything we love about Sauvignon Blanc. Crisp, clean citrus and lime peel, under ripe pineapple and a hint of grassiness all come together for a long, refreshing close. To maximize powerful fruit-forward aromatics and flavors at every step, we hand-harvested the grapes, then fermented in stainless steel at low temperatures with no malolactic fermentation.
